Technical audit is a tool used by customers to qualify, select potential suppliers, as well as to assess the current state of production of existing (approved) suppliers.
Verification and evaluation of capabilities of manufacturers, suppliers and contractors for manufacture of products and provision of services in accordance with project requirements.
Technical audit makes it possible to identify and eliminate problematic areas of the manufacturer at an early stage, to determine the “bottlenecks” of production, which should be emphasized in the manufacture and supply of products and services.

- evaluate manufacturers and suppliers of products, service providers, construction contractors;
- prepare and maintain the list of approved suppliers;
- prepare and maintain a stop list of unreliable suppliers.
As part of the technical audit, the following is performed:
- assessment of status and capabilities of manufacturer’s systems (planning, design engineering, management, production, quality system, work with suppliers, subcontracting, infrastructure, equipment, documentation, personnel, measurements and tests, logistics, etc.);
- identification and classification of non-conformities, risk areas, areas for improvement;
- comprehensive assessment of the company.
